Reconstitution calculator

Most research peptides are shipped as a freeze-dried powder that needs to be mixed with bacteriostatic water before use. This calculator helps you figure out how much water to add and how many units to draw for your target dose.

How to reconstitute peptides

  1. Clean the vial stopper with an alcohol swab and let it dry.
  2. Draw bacteriostatic water into your syringe (the amount shown in your calculation above).
  3. Inject slowly down the inside wall of the vial. Never spray directly onto the powder.
  4. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is fully dissolved. Do not shake.
  5. Store refrigerated at 2-8 C. Reconstituted peptides typically last 3-4 weeks.
